Covid Duty Of Care

Last updated October 5, 2022

During your visit to one of our venues, your well-being is our top priority. Here is what we are doing to make our theatres safe.

Please read our COVID-19 liability waiver before entering our theatres.

What we are doing:

• Masks are optional but welcomed at Lighthouse Festival and are available upon request.

• The ventilation system of the Lighthouse theatre, long bar and lobby have been equipped with UVC lights to sterilize all air that passes through it. The HVAC system is configured to regularly bring in fresh air, and the UVC lights are continuously sterilizing fresh and recycled air.

• At the Roselawn Theatre, the HVAC and air recirculation / intake units have had their filtration upgraded to MERV13 filters and are maintained at more frequent intervals.

• The lobby, box office area, bar area, theatre space and their high-touch surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected daily; including washrooms, touchpoints, and theatre seating.

• Hand sanitizing stations will be readily available throughout the theatre.

• Hands-free scanning of theatre tickets upon entrance.

• Hands-free faucets in all public bathrooms.

• Assistive hearing devices will be cleaned in-between uses.

• In the Lighthouse theatre artists will maintain a distance of 6 ft from the audience.• Proof of vaccination is not required for entry.

  • As it is no longer required by local public health, Lighthouse Festival has suspended contact tracing.

Anyone with Covid-19 symptoms is not permitted entry into the theatre. If you are experiencing symptoms, or are feeling unwell, please contact our box office as soon as possible for your ticketing options.
