Lighthouse Festival is pleased to present our digital 50/50 raffle with monthly draws. Please see below for the full rules and regulations of the raffles as well as how purchasing tickets can support Lighthouse Festival. Lighthouse Festival is dedicated to fostering and promoting live professional theatre in Southern Ontario. Devoted to the development and production of new and existing Canadian plays, Lighthouse strives to be artistically excellent, support and encourage local and regional artists, and be a source of enjoyment and pride in our communities. Operating in two port towns on Lake Erie, our theatres operate under a central policy of hospitality, accessibility, and affordability for all.
Rules

1. The lottery will take place online only during September 16, 2021 – September 15, 2022, with 12 monthly 50/50 draws.
2. All tickets will only be sold to people who are 18 years of age or older.
3. Must be in the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.
4. Tickets are 3 tickets for $10, 40 tickets for $20, 200 tickets for $40.
5. Tickets will be available at online at lighthousefestival5050.ca
6. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 Draws: Lighthouse Festival Theatre employees and Lighthouse Festival Theatre Board members.
7. Tickets will be sold using an electronic raffle system approved by the AGCO and supplied by Ascend Fundraising Solutions.
8. After buying, patrons will receive a confirmation e-mailed with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
9. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw.
10. The amount of the 50/50 can be monitored by purchasers at www.lighthousetheatre.com and www.lighthousefestival5050.ca
11. The winning number will be announced online at www.lighthousetheatre.com and www.lighthousefestival5050.ca
12. The winning ticket holder will be notified by email or telephone within 24 hours using the email address and/or telephone number provided online at the time of purchase.
13. The winner may claim their prize by contacting Lighthouse Festival Theatre at 519.583.1031 ex 224, or by email: development@lighthousetheatre.com. The ticket may then be brought to 247 Main St Port Dover ON (for prize claim) at an agreed upon time for ticket verification. The winner will then be paid by cheque for the amount posted at the event for which they bought their ticket. Winners must have the original winning ticket and no copies. All payments will be made by cheque.
14. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchase for.
15. The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet.
16. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize which is, at minimum, 50% of the total sales for that draw. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
17. In the event no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a safety deposit box and held for 6 months. After that time period has elapsed the prize will be donated to a charity other than Lighthouse Festival Theatre, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
