Main Theatre Rental

The Main Theatre is a wheelchair accessible auditorium, located on the second and third floor of the building.

Lighthouse Theatre is a wheelchair accessible auditorium, located on the second and third floor of the building. It features a large lobby and bar, fixed seating for 347, lights and sound. Complete with a Proscenium stage with access from both the auditorium floor and backstage. The upstairs offers a furnished green room and includes two private dressing rooms with showers and washroom facilities.

The theatre is not available for rentals during the summer months. Theatre Rentals are accepted during the months of January, February, March and October.

Non-charitable Event

$1500.00 or 15% of tickets, whichever is greater 
(10 hour/1 performance rental) 

Charitable Event

$800.00 (10 hour/1 performance rental)
(Renter must provide proof of charitable status)
