Ticketing Policies

Our Fees


Handling

(Main Stage Season – May to October) Tickets can be emailed as a digital ticket or mailed for a fee ($3.50) or held at the box office until showtime.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange your tickets (+ $4.00 per ticket) to Lighthouse Festival events for another performance by phone, e-mail, or in person at least 48 hours before the performance. Simply mark void across your tickets. We require the old tickets returned to the box office in order to pick up your new tickets. Please note that exchanges are only possible for Lighthouse Festival productions. There are no exchanges on Guest Events.

Note to subscribers

Single ticket price will be charged for any selected performance above your existing subscription level. 

Processing

(Guest Events – January to May, October to December) All tickets for guest events are subject to an additional $1.50 processing fee per ticket. There are no processing fees for the Lighthouse Festival produced shows. Tickets can be emailed as a digital ticket or mailed for a fee if time permits; otherwise, they will be held for pick up at the box office until showtime. 
*Starting in 2026, the guest events processing fee will be $2.50. per ticket.

Refunds 


Lighthouse Festival does not issue refunds. 
If we are forced to cancel your scheduled performance, we will happily exchange your tickets or provide you with a credit. 

At Our Theatres 


Outside food and drink are not permitted at our theatres.

Privacy Policy 


If you would prefer not to receive correspondence from us, please unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of the email, or contact the box office and request your name be removed from our mailing lists.

Children 


Tickets must be purchased for any child attending a performance. Babes in arms are not permitted in the auditorium.

Accessibility


Lighthouse Festival Theatre Corporation will use reasonable efforts to ensure that its policies, practices and procedures promote accessibility and reflect the principles of independence, integration, dignity and equal opportunity. As part of our accessibility policy the Theatre will waive admission fees for Support Persons into facilities where admission is charged.
