Subscription Renewals will be delivered via Canada Post and are expected to be arrive the week your renewal period opens. See below for the renewal period for each subscription group. Included in your renewal package is the 2023 playbill, your subscription renewal form, and key dates. The subscription renewal period will close November 10th.
Favourite Seat subscription renewals begins August 17th. You can renew your Favourite Seat a few different ways.
1. Fill in the renewal form included in the package sent to you via Canada Post and send it back by mail or drop it off at the theatre. There are secure drop boxes at both theatres if you choose to drop it off outside our open hours.
– Lighthouse Theatre Port Dover – drop box located on Market St. to the right of the office entrance.
– Roselawn Theatre Port Colborne – drop box located at theatre entrance off Carter St.
2. Renew your Favourite Seat subscription online by following the link provided in the e-mail sent to you on August 17th. If you did not receive the e-mail please contact the box office.
Yes, starting August 17th the box office will be open to accept in person renewal forms.
Favourite Seat subscription holders were sent an e-mail on August 17th with a step by step guide of how to renew online and a directly link to their renewal. If you did not receive this e-mail, please contact the box office to have it re-sent to you.
Getting Started
- Click the link at the bottom of this e-mail and login to your Lighthouse account. If this is the first time you are logging in, you will be asked to reset your password. Follow the prompts to set up a new password.
- Once logged in, you will see that your subscription automatically loads. Review the dates of each show and your seats. Once reviewed click “Add Renewal Order To Cart” at the bottom of the page.
- If you have any requests for your seating section or would like to consider changing your performance day, please include this information in the Seat Request text box at the bottom of the page. Please note: Requests are not guaranteed, they will be reviewed by the box office, and you will be contacted directly. You must complete the renewal for the requests to be processed. If you would like to know if your request can be accommodated prior to paying for your 2023 subscription, please use the form or contact the box office directly.
- Once your renewal is in your cart, confirm you purchase and total cost and click “Check-Out” at the bottom of the page.
- On the check-out page confirm your contact information is correct (top left) and select the delivery method for your tickets – hold at box office, print at home or standard mail.
- Please note the standard mail option includes a minimal fee of $2.50
- The check-out page is where you can add additional tickets to the Season Topper, Opry Gold or our fall production of Tip Of The Iceberg, as well as add a donation to Lighthouse. Those steps are below. If you do not want to add a donation or additional tickets, you can move directly to Completing Your Renewal (Step 8).
Adding Season Topper and Other Tickets
- click on the “Buy Tickets Now” button next to the Opry Gold and Tip Of The Iceberg images.
- Select the performance you would like to see. Please be sure you have selected a performance at your theatre of choice. Note: the Opry Gold performances are near the bottom of the page.
- Once on the performance page select the seats you would like and add them to your cart. Once all seats have been selected click the “Add to Cart” button in the bottom right.
- You will then be prompted to review your cart for all of your selections and then click “Check-Out” in the bottom corner.
- If you would like to add both Opry Gold and Tip Of The Iceberg you will need to repeat steps A through E twice, reviewing your cart and going to the Check Out page each time.
Adding a Donation
- Below the graphic for the Season Topper, you will see a place to enter a donation for Lighthouse Festival. Once you have entered a dollar value and clicked add donation to cart you will be asked to review your cart and then click the “Check-Out” button at the bottom of the page.
Completing Your Renewal
- Once you have confirmed the items in your cart are correct at the bottom of the page you will enter your credit card payment information and select “Buy Now”. This will complete your transaction. You will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing your subscription renewal.
The Favourite Seat subscription renewal period closes September 19th. After this date all Favourite Seats will be released for Flex subscriber renewals and sales to the general public begin November 14th.
Yes, If you have an existing Favourite Seat subscription you are able to add an additional Favourite Seat permitting the seat is available during the renewal period.
Yes, If you have an existing Favourite Seat subscription you can change your seat or performance date during the renewal period if the requested seat and dates are available.
The box office will start to accept Flex subscriber renewals on September 25th. You can renew your Flex subscription several ways.

1. Check your inbox for an email from Lighthouse Festival with your renewal link.
2. Once logged in, scroll down, and select the Subscription Package you are looking to buy.
Flex Subscription
3. If you have selected a Flex Subscription, you will be taken to a page where you can choose your date for each production. Go through and select the date and showtime of each production you would like to attend. If you have a seating request (such as wanting a specific side of the theatre, aisle seat, etc) it can be entered on the right side of your screen under seating requests. Please note that our box office will do everything possible to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee your preference.
4. When finished, click “Add subscription to cart”.
5. You will then be taken to your cart where you can review your production dates and show times. If something is incorrect, click the X icon at the top right to cancel your purchase. You will then have to go through the previous steps and reinput your subscription

Subscribers receive free exchanges until November 25th and then an exchange fee of $3.50/ticket applies.
Subscribers can purchase single tickets before the general public starting September 25th. Tickets go on sale to the public on November 14th.
As the box office will be receiving a large number of subscription renewals in a short period of time, please be patient as we work through getting them all processed.
If you have chosen to have your tickets e-mailed to you on your renewal form, you will receive an e-mail with your tickets attached as a PDF once your renewal has been processed.
If you have chosen to have your tickets mailed to you you will receive them at the beginning of October.

Our matinee performances will start at 2pm, and our evening performances will start at 7:30pm.
