Favourite Seat Subscription Renewal Steps

Your official Lighthouse Festival Favourite Seat subscription renewal starts August 25, 2025! Are you ready to see what the 2026 season has in store? 

Renewing online is fast with just seven easy steps. Follow the steps below and use the button at the bottom of the page to login to your account and begin.  

As always, if you prefer you can renew by filling out our paper form at the box office, contact 1-888-779-7703 to have a form sent to you or visit the Lighthouse box offices to pick one up.

Your favourite seat renewal period will close September 12, 2025 so be sure to get your seats renewed soon.  

  1. Click the button at the bottom of this page and login to your ticket account.
  2. Once logged in, you will see that your subscription is automatically loaded. Review the dates of each show and your seats. Once you have reviewed click Add Renewal Order To Cart at the bottom of the page.  
    • If you have any requests for your seating section or would like to consider changing your performance day, please include this information in the Seat Request text box at the bottom of the page. Please note: Requests are not guaranteed, they will be reviewed by the box office, and you will be contacted directly. You must complete the renewal for the requests to be processed. If you would like to know if your request can be accommodated prior to paying for your 2026 subscription, please contact the box office directly (1-888-779-7703).  
  3. Once your renewal is in your cart, confirm your purchase and total cost and click Check-Out at the bottom of the page.
     
  4. On the check-out page confirm your contact information is correct (top left) and select the delivery method for your tickets – hold at box office, print at home or standard mail.  
    • Please note the standard mail option includes a minimal fee of $2.50 
  5. The check-out page is where you can add tickets for our 2026 Season Topper, GET DOWN TONIGHT Click the Buy Tickets Now button next to the Season Topper graphic and select the performance you would like to attend.
    – Please be sure you have selected a performance at your theatre of choice. GET DOWN TONIGHT will be near the bottom of the page.
    – Once selecting your performance, please choose your seats and add them to your cart. Once all of your seats have been selected click the Add To Cart button in the bottom right. 

    – You will then be prompted to review your cart with the added Season Topper tickets. Click Check Out in the bottom corner.
  6. Back on the Check Out page you will see a place to enter a donation for Lighthouse Festival. Once you have entered a dollar value and clicked Add Donation To Cart you will be asked to review your cart with the added donation and then click the Check-Out button at the bottom of the page. Note: Donations of $50 or more will receive free exchanges for the entire season for Lighthouse productions.
  7. Once you have confirmed the items in your cart are correct at the bottom of the page you will enter your credit card payment information and select Buy Now. This will complete your transaction. You will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing your subscription renewal. 
Flex Subscription Renewal Steps

Your official Lighthouse Festival subscription renewal starts September 22, 2025! Are you ready to see what the 2026 season has in store? 

Renewing online is fast less than 10 steps. Follow the steps below and use the button at the bottom of the page to login to your account and begin.  

As always, if you prefer you can renew by filling out our paper form at the box office, contact 1-888-779-7703 to have a form sent to you or visit the box offices to pick one up.

  1. Click the button at the bottom of this page and login to your ticket account.  
    • If you don’t have an account click the Create An Account button.  
    • If you have not logged in for a while and do not remember your password, you can click Forgot Password? and you will be guided through the steps to reset your password. 
  2. Choose Flex Subscription or Three Show Subscription (Port Dover location only) from the list of subscription types. Enter the number of subscriptions you are looking to renew and select any of the seating options that are relevant to your seating preferences using the check boxes and drop down menu. The system will automatically select the best seat option for you based on your preferences. Click Continue

  3. On the next page you will need to select a performance date for each play. Once you have used the drop down to select the date of your choosing click Add To Subscription. You will need to do this for all of the plays.Once you have selected all of your performance dates review them and make any necessary changes. 
  4. On the right hand side you can review the performances and total cost of the subscription(s). There is a seating request text box at the bottom of the page where you can include any notes for the box office.
    • Please note: Requests are not guaranteed, they will be reviewed by the box office, and you will be contacted directly. You must complete the renewal for the requests to be processed. If you would like to know if your request can be accommodated prior to paying for your 2026 subscription, please use the form or contact the box office directly (1-888-779-7703).   

    Once confirmed please click Add Subscription To Cart 

  5. Once in your Cart you can review all of your performance dates, times and seats. If something is incorrect, click the X icon at the top right to cancel your purchase. You will then have to go through the previous steps and re-select your subscription(s). Once ready click Check Out.
  6. On the check-out page confirm your contact information is correct (top left) and select the delivery method for your tickets – hold at the box office, print at home or standard mail.

How to login to your online account and re-set password

When booking a subscription online through the Lighthouse website, you will be asked to login to your account. If you have not booked a subscription online, or order tickets online before you will need to set up an account.
To login to your account type in the e-mail you use for Lighthouse purchases and emails, and the password you created when you made the account.

If you do not remember the password, follow these step to re-set the password.

  1. Click the Forgot Password button below the login button.
  2. Enter the e-mail you used for the account – this will be the same e-mail that you receive Lighthouse promotional e-mails to
  3. You will then be sent a re-set e-mail to your inbox. This re-set e-mail will come from boxoffice@lighthousetheatre.com and be titled “Password Reset Request”. NOTE: this e-mail may be sent to your junk folder, if you do not see it in your inbox please check your junk folder.
  4. Open the e-mail and click the button titles “Reset Password” which will open a webpage
  5. On this webpage. you will be asked to enter your new password and then confirm your new password

Passwords must be between 12 and 32 characters, contain at least one number, one special character and have a mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters.

  1. When you have entered a new password that meets the criteria it will say “Your password has been successfully updated”
  2. You can now return to https://cart.lighthousetheatre.com/account/login and use your new password to login.

Renewal FAQs

Can I drop off my Favourite Seat subscription renewal in person?

Yes, starting August 25, 2025 renewal forms can be dropped in the drop box at the theatre. Starting Tuesday August 26, 2025 the box office will be open to accept in person renewal forms.

What is early bird pricing and when does it end?

We are pleased to offer subscription renewals for the 2026 season at 2025 pricing as an early bird special. Subscribers will be able to renew at the 2025 rate from August 25, 2025 through to November 14, 2025. The early bird pricing is a 19% savings.

When does the Favourite Seat subscription renewal period close?

The Favourite Seat subscription renewal period closes September 12, 2025. After this date all Favourite Seats will be released for Flex subscriber renewals and general sales for the public.

Can I add a Favourite Seat to my existing subscription?

Yes, If you have an existing Favourite Seat subscription you are able to add an additional Favourite Seat permitting the seat is available during the renewal period.

As a Favourite Seat subscriber can I change my seats or performance date during the renewal period?

Yes, If you have an existing Favourite Seat subscription you can change your seat or performance date during the renewal period if the requested seat and dates are available. Please contact the box office to inquire about availability.

As a Flex subscriber, when can I start my renewal?

The box office will start to accept Flex subscriber renewals on September 22, 2025. Subscribers renewing online will receive an e-mail that morning with instructions of how to renew. Subscribers renewing with the paper form can drop a completed form off at the box office on or after this date.

 

As a subscriber when do I get free exchanges?

Subscribers receive free exchanges until December 5th, 2025 and then an exchange fee of $4.00/ticket applies. Patrons who donate of over $50 receive free exchanges for the whole season on Lighthouse productions.

As a subscriber when can I purchase single tickets?

Subscribers can purchase single tickets before the general public starting September 29, 2025 until November 14, 2025. During this time single tickets will be 10% for all subscribers.

*The 10% off applied only to single tickets for main season productions. This promotion does not include the Season Topper. 

When will I receive my tickets as a subscriber?

As the box office will be receiving a large number of subscription renewals in a short period of time, please be patient as we work through getting them all processed.

Tickets will be sent out in early October to all subscribers, regardless of how you have asked to receive your tickets.

I did not receive my subscription renewal, who do I contact?

Subscribers who have chosen to renew using the paper form will receive their package through Canada Post in the weeks before their subscription group renewal period opens. Those who have chosen to renew online will get an e-mail the morning their subscription group renewal period opens. If you have not received your renewal package or email by the first day of your renewal period, please contact the box office.

When are tickets and subscriptions on sale to the public?

All subscriptions and single tickets will be on sale to the public in November. All 2025 Lighthouse ticket holders will recieve an e-mail notification when tickets are on sale to the public.

What time are performances in 2026?

Our matinee performances will start at 2pm, and our evening performances will start at 7:30pm.

I made a donation on my subscription renewal, when will I receive my tax receipt?

As the box office will be receiving a large number of subscription renewals in a short period of time, please be patient as we work through getting them all processed. Tax receipts will be sent by e-mail unless otherwise requested and will be processed weekly.
